Membership — the Verified and Business tiers above — funds the servers, storage, and bandwidth. It's intentionally separate from the core experience, which stays free. We don't sell data, run ads, or build advertising profiles.

The features listed under Free above are committed to staying free. If we ever change that — paywalling something that's free today — we'll announce it on this page first and well in advance.

Adding new things to Free is fair game. Taking things away isn't.

A verified badge by your name everywhere, profile stats on your card, multiple avatars (with rotation or a different one per surface), and a highlights gallery. Business adds a reviewed gold badge and higher limits.

What it intentionally does not get you: more reach, algorithmic boost, or feed favoritism. The badge confirms identity and unlocks presentation features — nothing more.

Business members get a Presence — a dedicated Page that pins your logo on the map and gathers your posts, catalog or menu, hours and info, live happenings, and member Spaces in one place. Each map pin is reviewed before it goes live.

Your plan includes 1 location. Running more branches? You can add location packs from your Page at any time, and remove them when you don't — changes are prorated on your next invoice.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. Membership renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Membership & billing — your badge and features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then quietly switch off. Your avatars, highlights, and settings are preserved in case you come back.

Because you keep access through the end of each paid period after cancelling, recurring charges generally aren't refundable. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error — contact us and we'll make it right. The Business registration & review fee is the one exception below.

The one-time Business fee pays for the manual review of your submitted ownership documents, which happens whether or not we can approve the request. For that reason it's non-refundable. It's separate from the subscription: if you're approved, your subscription begins and is charged then; if not, you're charged nothing beyond the review fee. We tell you this clearly before you pay.

Yes — head to the support page and chip in a one-time amount or become a monthly supporter. It's completely optional.

A donation doesn't unlock anything: no badge, no extra features, no special treatment. The verification badge only ever means a confirmed identity, never that someone paid more. Donations just help keep the service ad-free and independent.

No daily caps on layers, no rate-limited messaging, no "5 friends and then you have to pay" tricks. The only limits we apply are anti-abuse — preventing spam, automated scraping, and people uploading files outside the size ceilings (5 MB per photo, 100 MB per video).

Yes, at any time. The check disappears, your data stays. You can re-verify later if you want.
